However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maranperu@gmail.com. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. Slight variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade work and are not considered defects.
